Kiwi Studio FZ-LLC is a registered company in the UAE and operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Time Zone and Holidays
Our operations are based on UAE time, and we observe UAE national holidays, including for our international employees. We also have team members in Indonesia who adhere to the UAE time zone and holidays.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We prioritize confidentiality and require all clients to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information.

Design File Storage
We do not retain any design files after project completion. Once the project is finalized and delivered, all files are securely deleted unless the client asks us to keep the files for future collaborations.

Work-in-Progress Confidentiality
We protect all work-in-progress designs and never share them with other clients, ensuring your project remains confidential.

Client Competitors
We strive to avoid working with direct competitors. If such a situation arises, we will inform all affected clients to ensure full transparency and seek their approval.

Monthly Subscriptions
We offer monthly subscription plans, allowing clients to utilize our consultants on a part-time or full-time basis, as agreed upon.

Design License and Equipment
We cover all design license costs and provide necessary equipment, including laptops, for our team.

Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay based on the consultation hours we provide. We will send an invoice on the 25th or 1st of every month, based on client preferences, and request payment to our Mashreq bank account.

Cancellation and Changes
Clients may cancel or change their monthly consultation to part-time status with a one-month notice. Specific terms may vary based on the individual agreement.

Consultant Absences
In the event our consultants take sick leave or vacation, we will not charge clients for those hours and will deduct them from the invoice.
