Viwell brings workplace wellbeing to life through a thoughtfully designed app for employees and a dashboard for HR teams. From daily mood check-ins to team challenges, events, rewards, and expert content, it helps people build healthier habits while giving HR clear insight into team wellbeing. In this case study, we walk through some of the key design decisions, from interface to illustration and motion, showing how we balanced simplicity, warmth, and structure across both sides of the platform.
